Kaveri Kapur collaborates with British pop act HRVY

After the UK band The Vamps, singer-songwriter Kaveri Kapur is gearing up for another international collaboration. This time, it’s with the 19-year-old Brit artiste HRVY (also called the new Justin Timberlake of UK) who blends pop and R&B in his sound and has nearly 70 million combined video views and over five million global social media following. Shekhar Kapur and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi’s daughter has written Did You Know, Half A Heart, and Again. Later this year, Kaveri will also release her fourth untitled single, a folk-meets-world-music song featuring indie band Maati Baani. About her collaboration, Kaveri says, “I have always been inclined towards music since a young age. Collaborations of this nature will help me put forth my music to a much wider audience because of the power of social media. HRVY is an all-round entertainer, which works for me.”
