Cure.fit, healthcare and wellness startup founded by former Flipkart colleagues Mukesh Bansal and Ankit Nagori, today announced acquisition of Bengaluru- based yoga brand 'a1000yoga' for an undisclosed sum.

"This acquisition consolidates Cure.fit's offering in the fitness segment and is a leap towards establishing their existing brand Cult.fit as the largest, one-of-its-kind holistic fitness training facility in Bengaluru by the end of this year," Cure.fit said in a statement.

a1000yoga is Cure.fit's third acquisition for its fitness vertical in less than a year after CULT and Tribe Fitness Centres.

On the acquisition, Nagori said: "Yoga is rising as one of the favoured wellness choices among our key target group...

a1000yoga's depth of yoga offerings and quality trainers will accentuate CULT's offerings".

Cure.fit was founded in 2016.
