With government employees in a hustle to file income tax returns and immovable property returns in order to get documents like salary slip and GA 55 forms, they are having a difficult time as Paymanager, an online platform that provides the required documents, has stopped responding. The mobile application of the same is posing similar problems.

Rajasthan finance department had designed the application for government employees to access documents like pay slip, G55 and income tax return. The users are complaining that portal denies access to them despite having true credentials.

The app, after downloading, hardly gives access to the users to their pay-related information despite they having an authentic login and password. Most of the users who have downloaded the app from Google Play Store are left agitated and confused.

“Worst app, always says please enter correct information. Even I cannot login on website using the same login and password,” wrote Anuj Singh Sogarwal, a user giving his feedback online.

Vikas Meena, another user, writes that he has failed to get pay slip, SI deduction and GA 55 form, despite downloading it. The users also complained that most of the time the app shows network error. “Worst app. My network is working properly, but it shows network error again and again...waste of time,” reads feedback given by Rajan Singh Sisodia.

SSO (Single Sign On) ID, an online interface for online applications, where the gazetted officers have been asked to file details of immovable property returns, is also working poorly.
