RLSP state prez Sandeep Saini booked for forgery, cheating in Kota

Rashtriya Lok Samta Party (RLSP) state president Sandeep Saini was on Tuesday early morning booked for alleged cheating and forgery case in Kunhari police station of Kota city. He had produced fake identity and a letter stating he has Y security cover.

According to the information, RLSP state president Sandeep Saini had reached Kota three days ago to participate in an agitation carried out by Mali community and had been staying at Kota Thermal Power plant guest house. While Saini was checking out from the guest house late on Monday night, he was asked to pay for the bills but instead of making payment, he introduced him as chief advisor to Lok Sabha Sachetak and produced a letter by RLSP MP Ram Kumar Sharma that claimed him to be having Y security cover. The guest house manager Bhanupratap instantly suspected his actions and immediately called Kunhari police, following which Saini sneaked away from the place leaving his guard and the vehicle.

On the report by thermal power plant guest house manager Bhanupratap, police booked RLSP state president Sandeep Saini under sections 420 and 120 B of IPC and initiated investigation into the matter, ASI at Kunhari police station Yogesh Kumar said. Saini’s guard, a retired army man was also detained and Saini’s vehicle was also seized, he said, adding that interrogation with the guard and further investigation into the matter is underway.

Earlier as well Saini has been involved in forgery and cheating cases.
