Rajasthan: Two-day Higher Education & Human Resource Conclave from today

Two-day 2nd Higher Education & Human Resource Conclave organised by the Department of Higher & Technical Education in association with Elets Technomedia will begin today. The conclave aims at promoting an environment of innovations, employability and entrepreneurship in the state.

Prakash Javadekar, Minister for Human Resource Development will inaugurate the Conclave on Monday at 11 AM. Deputy Chief Minister of Telangana, along with Education Ministers of Manipur, Nagaland and Uttarakhand will also grace the conclave with their presence. In addition, AICTE Chairman Anil Sahastrabuddhe will be the special guest. 

The conclave will witness the presence of universities and colleges, key official and higher education stakeholders from the centre and ministers and secretaries from state governments. Universities and colleges along with the HR managers, corporate leaders and employers, startUps, CSR agencies and venture capitalists from across the country will participate at the summit.

The Minister for Technical Education, Higher Education, Sanskrit Education, Science & Technology Kiran Maheshwari said, “Today, thanks to an increased focus on harnessing a holistic educational ecosystem, characterized by a culture of promoting industry-academia connect, employing best practices and innovations and furthering participation of all education stakeholders to enhance synergies across the domain, there has been a marked difference in the quality of educational landscape of the state and the event is meant to further enhance this agenda.”

Aimed at creating a platform for industry-academia-government partnership by bringing together top universities, colleges, corporate and industries from across the country, the conclave aims to initiate discussions and deliberations on the finest practices and challenges of India’s Higher Education landscape and their possible solutions.
