Rajasthan border fortified, says BSF

BSF is using the state-of-the-art and hi-tech equipment to make the border of Rajasthan impregnable. BSF men will be alerted before any infiltrators or terrorists try to come near the fence installed on the border. At the same time, the fence from Jaisalmer to Ganganagar has been electrified called as cobra fence.

BSF’s  Rajasthan frontier IG Anil Paliwal said that the activities of Pakistani Rangers on the border of Rajasthan have already increased. Due to strict vigilance in Punjab and Kashmir and the cobra fence, the fear of intrusion of terrorists from the Rajasthan border has increased. BSF has identified sensitive areas. Cobra high voltage fences are being installed in the sensitive areas of Kishangarh in Jaisalmer and Ganganagar. Later, the cobra fence will be installed on the entire border. He said that all the modern equipment including thermal imager, thermal sensor and UIA are being used in vigilance of the border. Apart from this, solar lights have also been arranged on the border.  He said that the Rajasthan border is completely safe but there can be no negligence in vigilance so that no error regarding the protection of the border occurs.
