Later, he would reach Govind Dev Ji Temple. After the roadshow, the party president would convene a conference of Congress leaders, the venue of which is yet to be decided,” said a senior Congress leader informing of Rahul’s one-day tour. The sources added that Rahul on the lines of Gujarat want to begin election campaigning on ‘soft Hindutva’ line. After Moti Doongri , he would be visiting a series of temples in various regions across the state in August end. “Rahul Gandhi will be in Jaipur on August 11 to convene a conference with state leaders to take stock of poll preparations. Possibly, the blue print of his rallies could be discussed in a separate meeting which he would chair with senior Congress leaders,” said another party leader.

The leader said that Rahul may kick-off campaign for assembly election by holding a rally in Shekhawati or Hadoti region. Sikar is being considered as priority for his rally in the end of the month. He is expected to pay offerings at Khatu Shyam ji temple there too. The party has planned his rally in Shekhawati region to woo Jats who remained traditional voters of Congress but voted BJP in previous 2013 assembly election.
