“On Thursday, the special team learnt from a source that two men were bringing a huge cache of arms in accordance with a fake deal struck by the source. The weapons were to be handed over to the man near Sukhi Nadi cut near Hatwara. Based on this the team was positioned at the spot and as the men reached the spot the cops nabbed them. They were identified as Sher Singh Jatav (22) and Ashok Jatav,” the DCP informed.

Meanwhile the duo were frisked and the police recovered eight country-made pistols and eight live rounds from one of the accused Sher Singh while also recovering seven country made pistols and four live rounds from Ashok.
