The BJP national president Amit Shah has advised party workers to forget all differences and unite to ensure party come up trumps during the upcoming elections. He said, “The party is our mother and no son can ever be upset with his mother.” Targeting the Congress during his address at Shakti Kendra Sammelan in Gangapur city of Bharatpur division, he motivated and inspired the workers and said, “The Narendra Modi government at the Centre and the Vasundhara Raje government of the state have done historic works. Hold your head high and reach out to the public and share with them all the achievements of the government,” said Shah.

While addressing Shakti Sammelan at Allen Career Institute’s auditorium in Jawahar Nagar area of Kota city, BJP national president Shah on Saturday lashed out at Rahul Gandhi and said that ahead of elections the Congress national president is touring across the country and is building castles in the air thinking Congress will come to power, but it is BJP which has won all elections held after Narendra Modi became prime minister of the country in 2014.

Slamming former CM of Rajasthan and senior Congress leader Ashok Gehlot for questioning the BJP, Shah said Gehlot does not need to ask the questions as his party should first decide whether it is he who is in the race or is it Sachin Pilot who is the CM face in Rajasthan.

‘What Congress and its four-and-a-half generations could not do in last 70 years, Modi government and Raje government has done that in just four years,’ Shah claimed while ridiculing Congress over development works.
Shah said that Modi-led central government in its 14th financial commission has allotted Rajasthan more than Rs 2,63,000 crore beside the funds for several other schemes.

Confrontation

During the Shakti Kendra Sammelan in Gangapur City in Bharatpur, confrontation took place between supporters of BJP legislator Man Singh Gurjar and Rajya Sabha MP Kirori Lal Meena. Supporters of both the leaders raised slogans and the atmosphere turned tense for a while. To contain the situation, Meena and BJP national president Amit Shah had to intervene and they both pacified the supporters of both the groups.
