Boy crosses border, handed over to Pak

A Pakistani boy had entered the Indian border near the Chauranwala border post. The boy told the soldiers to have crossed the boundary by mistake while grazing.

Alert troops of 119 Bn BSF Jaisalmer under FTR HQ BSF Rajasthan saw a boy of approx age 11 to 12 years ahead of the border security fence in Indian territory. Party apprehended him and during interrogation, he revealed his name as Aashif s/o Hazi.

He said that he was grazing Camels with his father and he did not know how he reached up to the fence. After conducting flag meeting with Pakistan Rangers, he was handed over to Pakistan Rangers.
