Bhanwargarh police stn best in state

An initiative of ranking the police stations across the country has been initiated by the Home department for which entries have been sent from all the states of the country.

The entries comprise only the best working police stations of each state. Interestingly, from Rajasthan, Bhanwargarh police station in Baran district has been chosen as one of the best amongst others in the state and the name has been sent as an official entry from Rajasthan.

“The initiative aims at establishing a model base for policing ethics. After much consideration, Bhanwargarh police station was chosen and the name has been sent ahead. A team from the Home ministry is expected to visit the police station to evaluate the same on various parameters such as pendency, law and order, crime solving and others. We expect the result to be out by mid-December. We are sure that if not the top three we will surely get a place amongst the top ten police stations of the country,” said Dusht Daman Singh, SP - Baran.
