Security agencies today conducted a mock drill at the Ferozeshah Kotla stadium in New Delhi, which will host four World Cup cricket matches, to check their preparedness in case of any eventuality.

Security agencies today conducted a mock drill at the Ferozeshah Kotla stadium in New Delhi, which will host four World Cup cricket matches, to check their preparedness in case of any eventuality.
"The drill was conducted to check the preparedness of the security agencies," a senior police official said.
Police and fire brigade among others participated in the exercise.
The World Cup will start on February 19.
There are four matches to be played in Delhi - February 24 (South Africa-West Indies), February 28 (West Indies-Netherlands), March 7 (Canada-Kenya) and March 9 (India-Netherlands).
The agencies had conducted a mockdrill at the stadium on February 9.
