Security guard's gun stolen from SBI in Jammu

Thieves struck at a nationalised bank and fled away with a gun of a security guard in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said today.

The thieves broke open the shutter of the branch of State Bank of India (SBI) and stole the 12-bore gun of the security guard during the intervening night of February 7 and 8, they said.
   
A complaint has been registered by SBI officials in this regard, police said.
