Rs six lakh looted in Bihar

Gun weilding miscreants looted Rs 6 lakh from a businessman from near Sahebganj roundabout in Bihar's Chapra town today, police said.

Azad Ali, the trader and his employee were returning home after drawing the money from the local branch of Bank of Baroda, the police said.

The gunmen forced them to stop their motorcycle and looted the bag containing the money at gun-point and decamped, they said.

Raids are on in the area to apprehend the looters and reocover the money, the police added.
