Power cuts in parts of Delhi tomorrow

Several areas across the national capital will face power cuts for four hours tomorrow as discom BSES will carry out upgrading and maintenance of its distribution network.

"Power supply will be affected in several areas across the city from 10am to 2pm," said a BSES official.

He said areas to be affected in South Delhi include Masjid Moth, Sangam Vihar, Dakshin Puri, Jangpura, Nivedita Kunj, Mahipalpur, Sangam Vihar, Malviya Nagar, Sarvapriya Vihar, Bhavishya Nidhi Enclave and Ghitorni.

In West Delhi, the areas to be affected include Mundka, Baprola village, Jai Vihar, Roshanpura, Prem Nagar, Janakpuri, Gopal Nagar, Nanda Enclave, Shyam Enclave, Krishna Vihar, Mayapuri, Ashok Nagar and Raghubir Nagar.

Power supply will also be affected in several areas in central Delhi including Shankar Road, Ajmeri Gate Road, Thana Chandni Mahal, Gali Takat Wali, Suiwalan, West Patel Nagar and Johri Pur.

In east Delhi, areas to be affected include Mukesh Nagar, Bhagat Singh Park, Mayur Vihar Phase-I and Balbir Nagar Extension.
