A police officer on Wednesday gave his testimony before a special CBI court in one of the cases of the sensational Nithari killings of 2006.
Dinesh Yadav, the then Noida police circle officer, appeared in a special CBI court and recorded his statement in connection with the murder and rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Surender Koli, the main accused in the case, was present in the court.
The court has fixed January 14 as the next date of hearing in this case.
A total of 16 cases were registered against Koli, a domestic help, after Nithari serial killings came to light in December 2006, following the discovery of human remains from a drain behind his employer Moninder Singh Pandher's house in Noida.
