Mayawati inaugurates 15 projects on Ambedkar's death anniversary

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Mayawati today inaugurated 15 new projects, including a new park in the state capital, on the occasion of 54th death anniversary of architect of Indian constitution Dr BR Ambedkars.

"In the honour of Dr Ambedkar, who throughout his life struggled to change the system of discrimination and inequality," Mayawati said after inaugurating Dr Ambedkar Gomti Vihar Khan project.

She also announced setting up of two new statues of Ambedkar in the city.
