Armed Maoists burnt a road construction (JCB) machine of a private firm near Paharpura village in Aurangabad district of Bihar today, police said.
Around six heavily-armed ultras raided the office of the Jagdamba construction office, engaged in construction of roads, confined the labourers in a room and burnt the machine, the police said.
They later managed to escape.
Raids were on in the area to apprehend them, the police said.
