Two private guards of a company were on Tuesday injured when suspected Maoists fired at them at Amrapara, about 90km from Pakur in Jharkhand, the police said.
The guards were on duty when they were fired upon by suspected rebels, the sources added.
The attackers also set aflame a pay-loader of the private company before leaving.
