The one man Bhupinder Singh Hooda led Congress ministry in Haryana will be expanded here tomorrow, a day behind today's scheduled expansion, which was postponed late last night reportedly following differences over the constitution of the ministry.

An official spokesman here this evening said that governor Jagan Nath Pahadia will administer oath of office to the new ministers tomorrow, which will be the first expansion of the 12-day-old ministry, which came to power with the support of the seven Independent MLAs.

Later, in the afternoon Hooda will administer oath to some of the MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries. The number of ministers and PSs to be sworn in was not yet known.

Congress sources said that discussions within the party and those with the Independents had been completed in the national capital, where Hooda and other leaders of the party including ministerial aspirants Kiran Chaudhary, were camping.

Besides, Haryana Janhit Congress-BL, which has six MLAs, who had abstained during the voting on the confidence motion of Hooda is yet to take a final decision. The Congress would welcome HJC-BL support if it was extended without any condition, Hooda had said here earlier.

The Congress with 40 seats in the 90 member state assembly won the vote of confidence with the support of seven Independents in the state assembly last week. The opposition INLD has 30 members, the BJP four and one belongs to the SAD besides the six of the HJC-BL.

Ellenabad seat is now vacant, following the resignation of INLD chief Om Parkash Chautala, who chose to retain his Uchana Kala assembly seat.
