The Bombay high court today asked lawyers of Pakistani terrorist Ajmal Kasab to inspect the dinghy used by terrorists to reach the coast on the night of November 26, 2008 when they struck at various places.

The lawyers - Amin Solkar, Farhana Shah, Santosh Deshpande and Hussein Sheikh - have alleged that the capacity of dinghy was not enough to accommodate ten people along with baggage.

The dinghy is currently kept in the trial court which is housed in the high-security Arthur Road Central Prison and will be inspected tomorrow, Solkar told PTI.

These lawyers would then put forth their views before the court on its capacity.

According to confession made by Kasab before a city Magistrate, he and other terrorists had brought the dinghy from Pakistan in a bigger boat Al-husseini.

Mid-way, they hijacked Indian fishing boat Kuber by which they arrived here. When they reached near Mumbai, the terrorists abandoned Kuber and used the dinghy to arrive at the coast.
