Bodies of three children fished out of Yamuna

Five children, including four girls, of Panigaon village were swept away yesterday by the strong current of the water when they were crossing the river using rubber tubes.

Bodies of the remaining three children who were swept away by a strong current of the Yamuna river near village Panigaon have been fished out after nearly ten hours of struggle, a district official said today.
    
"The body of all the four children drowned in Yamuna have been fished out. The last body was fished out at 4.00 am," SDM Rajeev Gupta said.
    
The deceased were identified as Archana, Kiran, Sandeep and Punam, Gupta said.
    
The body of one of the four girls had been fished out yesterday.
    
Five children, including four girls, of Panigaon village were swept away yesterday by the strong current of the water when they were crossing the river using rubber tubes. The girls were aged between 12 and 13 years.
    
While one of the five children, Seema, swam out to the shore, others met the watery grave.
