The saffron party has set up committees like hall management committee, sanitation committee, parking committee, sound system and decoration committee, coordination committee to name a few. Senior ministers and chairmen of various boards and corporations have been entrusted with the responsibility of taking care of each of the division.

At the party level, city BJP chief Rakesh Shah, general secretary Chandraprakash Dave and Dushyant Pandya are believed to have been running the show. On the other hand, two other general secretaries of City BJP, namely Pravin Patel and Mahesh Kaswala, have been asked to focus on the preparation of Maha Rally to be organised at Vastral on September 25.

Asit Vora, mayor of Ahmedabad, and chairman of Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority, Dharmendra Shah has been entrusted with the responsibility of coordination with various industry bodies.

Amit Shah, former mayor and chairman of Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS), will take care of management of crowd in the Gujarat University Convention Centre along with helping Vora.

Meanwhile, BJP has indirectly passed on the message to various industry associations seeking their wholehearted support to the CM's Sadbhavna Mission. One of the office bearers of Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) is believed to have been contacted by the saffron party and he is said to have accepted the responsibility of conveying the message to four to five other industry associations.

"Around 500 traders will visit the venue in three days in support of the CM," said an office bearer of Gujarat Garment Manufacturers Association (GGMA).
