BJP asks Centre, state to act against 'inimical' elements in J&K

The BJP in Jammu and Kashmir today asked the Centre and the state to act swiftly against the "inimical" elements from across the border which it accused of creating tension in the Kashmir valley.

"We demand the state and New Delhi act swiftly against such forces. The dilly-dallying tactics of state government could pose a bigger problem both at home as well as the Line of Control (LOC)," former union minister and senior BJP leader Chaman Lal Gupta told reporters in Jammu.
