Another fake pilot held

The Delhi police have arrested a pilot of now defunct MDLR Airlines for obtaining a pilot license using forged mark-sheets. “Swarn Singh Talwar, a Gurgaon resident, was apprehended on Tuesday following a complaint by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA).

 had allegedly procured Air Transport Pilot Licence using forged mark-sheets with the help of another pilot Pradeep Tyagi, who is already under arrest,” said Ashok Chand, deputy commissioner of police (crime branch), Delhi. The police have so far arrested seven pilots and three DGCA officials for their role in the fake pilot scam.
