2G scam: A Raja aides seek bail

Special judge OP Saini directed CBI on Tuesday to file replies on bail pleas of 2G scam accused RK Chandolia, Siddharth Behura and Shahid Usman Balwa. While replies to Balwa and Chandolia’s pleas have to be filed by Feb 24, CBI has time till Feb 28 to respond to Behura’s plea. The court also extended till March 3 the judicial custody of Behura and Raja’s then personal secretary Chandolia.
