CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury has also described the three years of the Narendra Modi government as "three years of failure".

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has lent his name to a gala -- called Modi Fest -- being planned by his Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Modi, reportedly, does not refer to his name but stands for Making of Developing India.
The festival will be kicked off by the prime minister with a series of events and a public meeting in Guwahati on May 26, and will conclude on June 15. Party chief Amit Shah is also likely address the media on the opening day.
The celebrations are planned to be held across 300 towns with seven programmes, a party leader said.
