The second day of the third season of the Grub Fest saw food lovers in the city throng Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium to savour cuisines and try their hand at mixology. Delhites let their hair down and enjoyed a series of performances by artists like Nikhil Chinappa, Hari and Sukhmani, Prateek Kuhad, Teri Miko and others.
The second day of the third season of the Grub Fest saw food lovers in the city throng Jawahar Lal Nehru stadium to savour cuisines and try their hand at mixology. Delhites let their hair down and enjoyed a series of performances by artists like Nikhil Chinappa, Hari and Sukhmani, Prateek Kuhad, Teri Miko and others.
Over 70 restaurants are participating in the event this year which will also host chef demos. Grub Fest will also have a Grub Theatre showcasing food-related films, the homegrown Grub Market; a first of its kind pop up night club and an all new mini food truck festival.
Restaurant exhibitors will include popular joints like Social, PCO, Niche Lounge & Bistro, Circus, Zerruco Kitchen & Bar, Fat Lulu's, Chai Point, Sushi Junction and others. Exhibitors will aslo showcase specially curated grub menus with a distinctive ambience for their space at the festival.
Food enthusiasts will have an opportunity to learn recipes and cooking techniques from prominent chefs like Hanisha Singh (My Little Food Company,) award-winning chef Jamsheed Bhote, Chef Rohan D'souza among others as they recreate their favourite dishes at Weber Grub Theatre.
The Grub Market has a range of organic and gourmet products from brands like Raw Pressery, Odyssey India, Artisan Palate, Keventers, etc., to present products like gelato, ice-creams, homemade jams, dips and sauces, biscuits and cookies, cupcakes and a variety of other delectable desserts.
