At the beginning, the PM hailed ISRO scientists for succesfully launching the PSLV C-40
Hailing ISRO scientists for the successful launch of its 100th satellite, the PM said our strides in space will help our citizens and will enhance our development journey. "I want to once again congratulate our scientists," he said.
Remembering the freedom fighters of the country, PM Modi said we are born after 1947 thus, we did not have the honour to take part in the freedom struggle. But, we have the opportunity to fulfil the dreams of the great men and women who devoted their lives for our freedom. "We have to create the India that our freedom fighters dreamt of," he further added.

The Prime Minister laid stress job creation and innovation, said that we want to make our youth job creators and they should be youngsters who innovate.
Urging the youth to make sport an integral part of their lives. "Some people will tell you- today's youth does not have 'Dhairya.' In a way, this is what ignites an innovative zeal in our youth. It enables our youngsters to think out of the box and do new things," the PM said.
He also hailed Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for his battle of wits with Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah. "Yogiji is no less a player. He is playing the Twitter-Twitter game with other chief minister's," he said without naming the Karnataka CM. "And in the game, he is toppling those who claim to be experts at it," the PM said.
