WATCH: Congress MLA slaps female cop, gets slapped back

Needless to say this isn't the first time that the Indian politicians have put their foot in their mouth. To show another example of this, a video of a politician from Himachal Pradesh is doing rounds on Internet where she has slapped a constable. 

Congress Leader and Himachal Pradesh MLA Asha Kumari is seen slapping a woman constable in the video, only to be slapped back.

The video of the incident was shared on Twitter handle of ANI news agency and was presumably shot on Friday.

Kumari visibly was stuck in a huge crowd and was trying to make her way and gain entry to a Congress meeting that was being held by Rahul Gandhi to review the party's loss in recent elections.

Asha Kumari is a MLA from Dalhousie, All India Congress Committee secretary and AICC in charge in Punjab. She has also served as the education Minister of the state from 2003-2005.
