Vodafone users can get 100 MB free data using an SMS on Diwali

In the run-up to Diwali, Vodafone has announced that its users can get 100 MB free data by sending an SMS.

Vodafone Managing Director and CEO Sunil Sood said, "This way their way of gratifying valued 188 million customers for their love and trust in the brand and our service experience". 

The offer will be available for all Vodafone users on Wednesday, November 11, 2015, ie Diwali. You can avail of the 100 MB free data by typing ‘DIWALI’ and sending it to 199.

Expressing gratitude to Vodafone users, Sood said, “At Vodafone, we are driven with the singular objective of delivering a superior experience to our customers. Data is increasingly driving usage pattern, more so during important festivals like Diwali. We take this opportunity to wish all our customers Happy Diwali and will continue to delight them with such differentiated offerings in the days to come.”

Vodafone also recently launched Vodafone Doubles – Double Data and Double Validity packs for its customers. These packs are meant to award additional voice and data benefits.
