At a time when the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) is once again relying on the 'Modi-wave' to come to power in the poll bound states of Haryana and Maharashtra, Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje Scindia has apparently taken a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The Rajasthan Chief Minister has said that if anyone thinks winning assembly and parliamentary polls in state has been possible because of one person, they must think again.

While addressing the public at the inauguration of a flyover in Jaipur Raje said, "In the elections you did wonders, I want to thank you for it. You did not leave any stone unturned. Rajasthan got 25/25 in LS polls and 163/200 MLAs in assembly all thanks to you. If anyone thinks this has been possible because of one person they need to think again."

Raje's pending Cabinet expansion has been a bone of contention between her and the Centre for the past few months. Raje's Cabinet only comprises of 11 ministers after coming into power. According to sources, the expansion is pending due to differences with the Centre on the names of prospective Cabinet members.
