The Election Commission has ordered repolling at some places in Maharashtra, Assam and West Bengal after it received complaints of technical snag in some EVMs.
Repolling in Maharashtra will be done at four booths of three Lok Sabha constituencies of Mumbai North Central, Mumbai North West and Ahmednagar.
In Bengal, repolling will be done in one booth of South Malda constituency.
While in Assam, repolling will be done at 15 booths of four constituencies. Polling was halted at these places due to some incidents of violence and technical snag in the EVMs.
Votes will be cast from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. at these polling stations on Sunday.
Meanwhile, the EC has also ordered repolling at 12 booths in Karnataka, six in Uttar Pradesh and at one booth in Rajasthan.
