Rajasthan hospital shocker: Rats nibble on newborn’s fingers

In another case of hospital negligence, rats nibbled a four-day-old infant’s fingers at a government-run facility in Rajasthan.

As per reports in IANS, the incident took place in MG Hospital in Banswara located 500 kilometres from Jaipur.

As per reports, there were no lights in the ward when the incident took place at 5 am on Monday. Family members only noticed it once the lights came on and lodged a complaint with the hospital authorities.

A committee has been formed to look into the matter. The committee consists of doctors and nursing staff.
