A day after UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi addressed a rally in poll-bound Chhattisgarh, Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi addresses a rally in Rajnandgaon on Friday.
Rahul will address people in Rajnandgaon and Kanker districts.
