Accusing the Congress led UPA Government of indulging in vote bank politics, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Sunday said a new government will be formed in Delhi after 100 days, which will cultivate brotherhood instead not poison.

"After 100 days, the government in Delhi will be replaced by a new government. This new government will ensure that there is cultivation of brotherhood and peace instead of poison," Modi said while addressing a rally here today.

"In vote bank politics, the tradition of divide-and-rule has been significant. They make brothers fight among each other, one village with other and one caste or religion with other. This way they save their seats. This is what has prevailed in the last 60 years. The country is scattered and people are broken," he added.

Modi also said the Ranganath Mishra Commission was constituted for sowing seeds of poison.

"These people, who indulge in vote bank politics, are masters in sowing seeds of poison. There is a conspiracy to snatch the rights provided by Dr. Ambedkar.

He further added "Dr. Ambedkar has given us rights and only he can take them away from us."

He also said that if the country has to progress and develop, then the people should not compromise on two things.

"Firstly, we should educate our sons and daughters as much as we can. And secondly, evil practices, which have been going on for years, should be removed and stopped,' he added.

Attacking the Congress and the Gandhi family, Modi said, "People, who have been running the government for the last 60 years, think that everything was just done by a family and there is no contribution from the others."

He also said that the previous governments did not do the work which was easily doable and it is written in his destiny to do all this work.

"The politicians are always accused that are coming to power they give make their families wealthy. But I have done nothing for my family since the day I voted in the power," he said.

Pointing at the people present in the rally, Modi said that he want to do something for this family if the people supports him and votes him in to power in 2014.
