Check: NDA, NA Examination (2) final result declared at upsc.gov.in

Candidates who appeared for the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (2) on September 18 2016, can now be at ease as the Union Public Service of Commission (UPSC) on Saturday declared NDA and NA 2 Results 2016. 

Here are the steps to check for the UPSC NDA/ NA 1 Results 2016:

1) Visit the official website- www.upsc.gov.in
2) The homepage will be displayed.
3) Click on NDA & NA II Results 2016.
4) The list of the selected candidates roll number will appear on the screen.
5) Check the list.
6) Download/ Take a printout for further reference.

Candidates who have qualified will be eligible for an interview conducted by the Services Selection Board (SSB) of the Ministry of Defence for Admission to Army, Navy and Air Force Wings of NDA for the 138th Course and the 100th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) starting from July 2, 2017. 

About the National Defence Academy: 

The National Defence Academy (NDA) trains cadets of three services, the Army, the Navy and the Air Force, together before they are summoned on a pre-commissioning training in the respective academies. It offers only a full-time residential undergraduate programme, which offers candidates an choice between two streams. While the Science Stream offers subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Computer Science, the Humanities stream offers studies in History, Economics, Politics Science, Geography and Languages.
