Pakistani pop-rock band 'Strings' battle it out with veteran Indian rockers 'Euphoria' at the Dubai World Trade Centre on November 28, proving perfectly that music knows no boundaries.

The hosts for the Red Bull Soundclash event were Pakistani singer and actor Fakhr-e-Alam and Indian music radio station City 101.6's RJ Siddharth Vohra, the Dawn reported.

After four rounds of musical exchange and before the results were announced based on how much the crowd cheered and applauded, 'Euphoria's' Dr Palash Sen and 'Strings' Bilal Maqsood mutually decided to call off the announcement, describing music as a universal language and a unifying platform transcending all differences.

According to The National, Sen said that no amount of politics or diplomacy unites people as adequately as music does.

Adding to which Maqsood said that this is why the winner of the night were the audience who came to cheer both Strings and Euphoria, no matter if they were from India or Pakistan.

At the end of the event, Euphoria's full line up then made its way to join Strings on the stage for an enthralling finale.
