Misbah Kounain of Sopore stood 1st in class 12

Misbah Kounain of Sopor’s Wellkin is among the five girls in science stream who got the 1st position in 12th class Annual Regular 2014 examination the results of which were declared on Monday.

Misbah Kounain secured 490 marks. The first position is shared by five girls in science stream and they belong to Mallinson Girls Higher Secondary School, Srinagar, Iqbal Memorial Institute (Girls) and S R M Welkin Sopore. 

More than 55% students have qualified the examination. After their astounding success in class 10th examinations, girls have again outshined the boys in higher secondary part two results declared Monday.

In science stream, the first position is shared by five girls with a score of 490 out of 500. that a girl belonging to the Government Higher Secondary school Islamabad has achieved 1st position in the Home Science.
