Maharashtra Polls: Congress to kickstart campaign from Tuljapur

The Congress will launch its poll campaign from Tuljapur on Tuesday, with Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan and top state leaders addressing a rally. Party president Sonia Gandhi will be holding more than 10 rallies in Maharashtra, while the next fortnight will see Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi campaigning.

State unit president Manikrao Thakare, campaign committee chief Narayan Rane, election coordination committee chief Ashok Chavan, former union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde, who is also the manifesto committee chief, and Minister Harshawardhan Patil will be in Tuljapur to launch the party's campaign.
