Dragged and thrown out of my own house, says Yogendra Yadav

Soon after expulsion, upset Yogendra Yadav said that he felt like he had been thrown out of his house. Speaking to media, Yadav said, "How would you feel if someone drags and throws you out of your own house. I cannot deny that I am not hurt by this decision," he said.

Meanwhile, according to reports, AAP's founding member Shanti Bhushan has lashed out at Kejriwal by terming him as the new Hitler.

Shanti Bhushan, the father of Prashant Bhushan, said that their decision to support Kejriwal was a mistake. The decision to sack them from the party was taken by the national disciplinary committee which said as it was not satisfied with the response it got to the show-cause notice.

Background

In their response to the notice, the rebels on Tuesday accused party chief Arvind Kejriwal of "gross violation" of its constitution and attacked two members of its disciplinary panel for allegedly doing a "planted" story and accepting donations from dubious firms.

Responding to show-cause notices issued by AAP's National Disciplinary Committee (NDC), Bhushan and Yadav questioned its locus standi for seeking their reply, saying the panel was formed after the "illegal" and "unconstitutional" meeting of the party's National Council on March 28.
