Howrah - New Delhi Rajdhani, halted after bomb threat at Ghaziabad, departs

The Howrah – New Delhi Rajdhani Express that was halted at Ghaziabad has now departed from the station. The train was stopped at Ghaziabad after a bomb call was received at New Delhi Railway station for the train.

Not taking any chances, the authorities decided to halt the train at Ghaziabad. The entire train had been evacuated and bomb disposal squad combed through the train to look for any dangerous material. Sniffer dogs were also used.
