Sushma Swaraj has yet again come to the rescue of a distressed Indian in a foreign nation.
Earlier this month, the External Affairs Minister had responded to a tweet which had a video clip of a man sobbing and appearing to be in some trouble. The audio in the clip was unclear and hence the person in it was unidentifiable at that time.
But Swaraj responded to it by consoling the person and tagged the official Twitter handles of General VK Singh, MOS at the Ministry of External Affairs so that the matter could be looked into.
Dont cry my brother. The video is not audible. You contact @MEAQuery. My colleague @Gen_VKSingh will help you. https://t.co/A7dKXVc992

In less than a week, the person was tracked down. The man in the video appeared to be Habeen who was arrested in Abha, Jeddah. The Consul General of India in Jeddah said that the authorities have initiated the process to assist Jabeen in his legal matters.
