The government on Friday ordered closure of all pubs and discotheques in the capital by 1am as part of security measures in the backdrop of rape of a young student in a moving bus last Sunday.
This was announced by Union home secretary R K Singh. The move came as part of steps taken by the government to ensure safety of women in the capital.
