Four killed, 10 injured in road accidents in Rajasthan

Two different accidents took place in Surajgarh and Alwar area of Rajasthan on Monday.

Four persons were killed and ten others injured in two road accidents in Rajasthan, police said. Two persons were killed and five students injured when a car and a school bus collided in Jhunjhunu.

Deepak Dudi (28) and Ajit Mann (34), both travelling in the car, were killed in the mishap which occurred in Surajgarh area.

Four of the injured children were discharged after being administered first aid at a local hospital, while one was admitted to a district hospital, police said. A case has been registered against the bus driver, who is absconding, they said.

In another accident, two persons were killed and five injured when a SUV they were travelling in turned turtle in Malakhera area in Alwar.

The duo and others were going to a nearby place for outing when the mishap occurred. The victims have been identified as -- Rahul Mev (19) and Junaid Mev (20). The injured have been admitted to a district hospital, police said.
