Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal sacked his minister Asim Ahmed Khan on Friday over corruption charges. He said that the government is referring this complaint to CBI. Khan held the portfolio for Food and Civil Supply, Environment and Forest, Minority affairs and Election. 

Speaking about dropping the minister from his cabinet, Arvind Kejriwal said, "We've received serious complaint of corruption against our Cabinet Minister Asim Ahmed, the complainant has sent us a one-hour audio clip."

Kejriwal said, "I will not even spare my son, Manish Sisodia or anyone else if he is corrupt." He added saying that now that AAP sacked a tainted minister it was now BJP's turn to do the same with Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan and Rajasthan CM Vasundhara Raje.

Regarding Ahmed, he added that along with Manish Sisodia he conducted a preliminary assessment after listening to the audio clip said that prima facie it seemed to be a serious matter.
