Kashmir unrest: Complaint filed against Pak PM Nawaz Sharif by ATFI in Ambala Court

Sharif was accused by Anti-Terrorist Front of India of hatching a conspiracy to provoke riots in Jammu and Kashmir.

A case has been filed in a local court against Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif accusing him of hatching a conspiracy to provoke riots in Jammu and Kashmir.

The President of Anti-Terrorist Front of India Viresh Shandilya has filed the complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala.

CJM Swati Sehgal has forwarded the complaint to the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Harsh Kumar who will hear the application tommorrow. Sandeep Sachdeva, counsel of Shandilya, said that the complaint was filed in the court under various Sections of IPC.

He said that "at the instigation of Nawaz Sharif the separatist leaders of J&K Yasin Malik, Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Shabir Shah had encouraged violence in the Kashmir valley.
Therefore their names have also been included in the complaint."
