A 13-year-old boy died on the spot when he came under the rear wheels of a RTC bus after the bus conductor allegedly pushed him out of a running bus.
HYDERABAD: A 13-year-old boy died on the spot when he came under the rear wheels of a RTC bus here on Sunday after the bus conductor allegedly pushed him out of a running bus, police said.
M Vishnukumar, who boarded a bus at Rahamat Nagar on Sunday morning towards Yousufguda, had paid Rs 20 to the bus conductor for a Rs 5 ticket but the conductor insisted on giving change. When he was not able pay the change the bus conductor pushed him out of the running bus, the victim's parents alleged in a complaint with the Jubilee Hills police here.
Vishnukumar's head got crushed under the rear wheels of the bus resulting in his instantaneous death, they said.
After the incident the bus driver and the conductor fled from the spot leaving behind the vehicle.
Protesting against the incident, the victim's relatives pelted stones at the bus damaging its windowpanes and later held a demonstration in front of the Jubilee Hills police station.
