Accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government of not fulfilling any 2014 electoral promises, Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Saturday said the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) manifesto for the Uttar Pradesh polls is a document meant to befool the people of the state.

Training guns at the Prime Minister, Mayawati said that the former promised of ending poverty, unemployment, inflation and problems of farmers but nothing has been done so far.

"It has been around two and a half years of them in office, but BJP has still not fulfilled its promises. BJP's manifesto is meant to gyp the people of the state,"said Mayawati while addressing a press conference here.

"The BJP has not fulfilled any of its agenda. On the name of Surgical strike, demonetization and Parivartan Yatra has been dramatizing things. I am sure that people of Uttar Pradesh will not fall for BJP?s Manifesto,"she added.

BJP national president Amit Shah earlier in the day while releasing party's manifesto titled 'Lok Kalyan Sankalp Patra' (Pledge for People's Welfare) for the upcoming Uttar Pradesh polls, said that the saffron party will form government in the politically crucial state with a two-thirds majority.

Uttar Pradesh will vote in seven phases beginning February 11 and results will be announced on March 11.
