Bihar road rage: Here's how the state police made JD(U) MLC give them her son's hiding place

The Bihar Police arrested the state's JD(U) MLC Manorama Devi's son Rocky Yadav in early in the morning on Tuesday.  Rocky who has been accused of gunning down Aditya Sachdeva, a class 12 student on May 7 evening was hiding in Mastpura village at his father Bindi Yadav's dairy farm. Here's how they got his mother, Manorama Devi to give them details of her son's hiding location, as per Times of India.

Manorama Devi was initially unwilling to speak about the details of Rocky's locations where he was hiding. The police first raided the AP Colony residence of the MLC. They later recovered many 'objectionable items' which included bottles of foreign liquor. The police told her that if she did not cooperate, they had the free-hand to do whatever was needed to nab Rocky.

The MLC had been denying that she knew about Rocky's whereabouts. But when the cops told her that they prepared to take her if not her and were not willing to return empty handed, she finally yielded. 

Devi was also told that there was enough evidence of her harbouring a criminal, Rocky, and concealing proof.

Her husband Bindi Yadav is in jail for the same charges. 

Manorama Devi cracked under all this pressure. Her lawyers and well wishers too had advised her to put an end to the issue or it would lead to more complications for Rocky and her family. 

Manorama Devi finally gave in and led the police to the location of her s in Mastpura.

Rocky when arrested, was found to be in possession of a Beretta pistol, a foreign made weapon along with its magazine - the weapon used in the crime.
